Thank you for your interest in commissioning artwork from me!Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines and agreements that outline the process, expectations, and rights associated with commissioning artwork from me.🌵How do you inquire about commissions from me?· Wait for my announcement on my social media. I take on commissions monthly, or whenever my schedule allows. (But you are very much free to ask if you're curious!)· To request a commission, fill out this form here. You can also contact me through via Discord or Telegram (@dunetides on both). I also accept DMs on Bluesky if you'd prefer to discuss directly with me.· Except for ref sheets, I require an image reference of your character.· Feel free to provide as much detail as you'd like in your commission, I'm happy to work with it– I'm also happy to take on artistic freedom if you'd prefer!· Deadlines are negotiable! My turnaround time could take up to two weeks or a month, but if you need it to be done at a specific date, we can cut that down. (I might charge a fee if I have to do something in less than a week.)🌵T.O.SBy commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.🌵GENERAL TERMS.· I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason, including rudeness. Of course, this would come with a refund.· Please provide clear image references, and if we go through with descriptive references, please relay your character details as clear as you can.· I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason without further explanation.· I will post your commission on social media. I will ask if you would wish to be credited or remain anonymous. If you do not respond, I will default to crediting you.🌵PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION· Full upfront payment via PayPal is required.· Work will not begin until full payment has been received.· I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund a commission at any time, for any reason.· Once payment has been processed, cancellations and refunds from the commissioner are not permitted. If payment has not yet been processed, you may cancel at any time.🌵PROCESS· WIP screenshots available on request or when necessary.· The time taken for your commission to be completed can vary. I strive to have a two week turnaround but other factors may affect this.· Completion time varies due to factors like health, family, and complexity.· Delays will be communicated if affecting your commission.🌵CHANGES AND EXTRAS· At the WIP stage, I offer up to three changes for free, and reserve the right to charge for additional changes. After the commission is completed, I may allow minor changes at my discretion.· Any extras such as characters or extra details or props will have an additional fee. We can discuss the pricing details on a case-by-case basis, but my usual rates are:_{- +75% of the original price per extra character (except for scenes, where extra characters will be +75% of either a full-body or a half-body, depending on how they're placed in the scene.)- Extra props will start at +10 USD.}· NSFW will be +20% of the initial quote; only open to commissioners 18 or older.🌵COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYThe commissioner is allowed to:· Use art for personal purposes.· Print and self-promote with credit.The commissioner is NOT allowed to:· Use my art commercially (without discussing– if accepted, I will charge a licensing fee.)· • Claim my art as their own.· Altering art without consent.· Mint NFTs from my work, submit my work to Generative AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others) or train these tools on my work, or use my work for/with reasonably similar systems.Violation of these rules will result in an immediate ban from commissioning me, and/or other ramifications.
